Each painting is fitted with heavy-duty cardboard corner protectors, wrapped in a moisture-proof protective film, and finally secured inside a custom-built wooden crate. This multi-layered approach is designed to withstand the rigors of international transit and deliver your art in pristine condition.
7. Why do you use wooden crates instead of standard cardboard boxes? Standard boxes can be punctured or crushed during handling. Because we specialize in large-scale and high-quality art, wooden crates provide the structural integrity needed to prevent any pressure or impact from reaching the canvas surface or the frame.

8. Do you offer custom sizes or personalized oil painting prints? As a trading specialist, we work closely with our production partners to accommodate various needs. Please contact our support team with your specific dimensions or design ideas, and we will let you know if a custom commission is possible.
9. What is your return policy if the art doesn't fit my room's aesthetic? We want you to love your Findereware piece. If you find the artwork isn't the right fit for your space, we offer a return window (typically 14–30 days). Please note that because of the specialized wooden crate packaging, items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the return trip.
10. How can I track my order? Once your artwork has been meticulously packaged and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our shipping partner’s portal so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
